The office is open 7 days a week between 9 am to 5:30 pm.
What are the access hours?
Access your belongings 7 days a week between 7 am to 7 pm.
Am I required to store long-term?
You’re never required to store long-term. We lease on a month-to-month basis so don’t store with us longer than you need.
Refund Policy?
All rental transactions are final. If you rent a storage unit, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period(s) for which you have paid, including prepaid rent. Customers rent storage units on a monthly basis.
Am I able to purchase boxes and other moving supplies?
Purchase competitively priced boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other moving supplies from the office during business hours.
Is the facility safe and secure?
Our facility is always safe and secure with our 24-hour video surveillance system, perimeter fencing, and computer-controlled gate entry.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, foods, wines, flammables , hazardous items, combustible items, illegal items, stolen goods, or motor vehicles.
Am I required to give notice when it is time to move out?
According to the signed lease, we require a 30 day notice of intent to vacate. This notice can be in writing or emailed.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes, there is a "pay online" link on our website and you can access your account to pay your balance or check on your payment history. Just click on "create account" and you will be prompted to give your information to set up a username and password to access your account.
